Police appeal after thieves make off with two stolen cars from Bonnyrigg home

Police in Midlothian are appealing for witnesses after thieves made off with two cars following a break-in.

The incident happened at around 3.30am on Monday (7 October) at an address on Baileyfield Park Drive in the Bonnyrigg area.

The thieves forced entry into the home and stole the car keys to two vehicles, a dark grey Audi S3 and a white VW Tiguan, which were parked outside the property.

Police have now launched an investigation in a bid to recover the stolen vehicles and are asking anyone with information is asked to come forward.

Those with information can contact Penicuik Police Station via 101 and quote incident number 0333 of 7th October.

Alternatively, an anonymous report can be made to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
