| Police are appealing for information after a robbery within a house in Bothwell at the weekend. Three men wearing disposable face masks forced their way into a house on Glebe Hollow, where they threatened two women, aged 49 and 59 before ransacking the property and makiing off with a three figure sum of cash. They left in a grey/silver coloured Audi A3 saloon. The incident happened around 5.30pm on Saturday, November 21 and it is believed the robbery may have been targeted. Detective Constable Ruth Whyte, of Cambuslang CID, said: "The occupants of the house are understandably shaken but were not seriously injured during the incident. "We have carried out door to door and CCTV enquiries and are now appealing for the public's help. "I would ask anyone who knows anything about this incident, saw a vehicle matching the description or people acting suspiciously around the area to contact us " Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2902 of November 21, 2020.
