Police appeal after pedestrian hit in rush-hour crash outside Holborn station

A pedestrian was hit in a rush-hour collision involving two cars outside Holborn station.

Police were called to High Holborn at the junction with Southampton Row following reports of a crash at 4.30pm on Thursday.

The pedestrian was taken to a central London hospital where she remains in stable condition.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.

Officers from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating.

They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who captured the collision on dash cam, or any witnesses who were in the nearby park around the time of the collision.
