Police investigating a road rage incident which left one driver with ‘serious injuries’ are appealing for witnesses.
Cops say the assault occurred on Pilsworth Road in Heywood, Rochdale, on Friday, April 28 at around 5.25pm. Initial enquiries suggest that following a road traffic collision between two cars, the two drivers from the cars in question became engaged in an altercation.

Police say this then turned physical. One driver suffered ‘serious injuries which they needed further medical treatment for’.
Officers investigating this incident have followed up on a number of lines of enquiry and are now asking for the public's assistance. They are especially interested in finding witnesses who may have been at the scene of the incident or who may have any dashcam footage of the incident.
