Police appeal after man left with broken bones in town centre attack

Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak to after an attack in Rochdale town centre.

A man - aged in his 30s - was attacked by an 'unknown male' on Packer Street at around 1.30am on Monday, December 5, police said. He was left with a fractured cheek bone and eye socket.

He also suffered damage to a nerve in his eye and had multiple cuts to the face. He will need further treatment for his injuries, police added.
