Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in a Craigneuk street in broad daylight.
The 24-year-old man was assaulted at around 12.30pm on Wednesday, November 13, in Meadowhead Road.
He was taken to University Hospital Wishaw for a number of non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they are following a positive line of enquiry but have appealed to the public for more information regarding the incident.
