Police are appealing to speak with this man as part of an investigation into an indecent exposure in Newcastle.
It is alleged that a man was walking near the Black Sea off-licence on Stanhope Way in the west end of the city between 8.30am and 9am on Wednesday, February 24.
Witnesses reported to police that a man exposed himself to members of the public in the area before fleeing the area.
Enquiries to identify the man are ongoing but police believe the man in this image could assist their investigation.
The man, or anyone who knows his identity, is asked to report online at the Northumbria Police website quoting crime 18380M/21.
