Missing Dumbarton teenager Abi O'Brien found 'safe and well'

Police have confirmed that a teenager who went missing from her bedroom in Dumbarton has been found safe and well.

Abi O'Brien, 13, was last seen in her room at her home in Cumbrae Crescent South, Castlehill around 10pm on Monday June 28. It was discovered she was missing around 5.30am this morning (Tuesday, June 29) with officers and her family concerned for her safety.

However this afternoon, cops confirmed that Abi had been found safely.

They said: "Missing teenager, Abi O’Brien, from the Dumbarton area who was last seen around 10pm last night (Monday, 28 June) has been traced safe and well. Thank you for sharing our appeal."
