Police appeal after child grabbed by throat and pushed against window

Officers want to speak to a man in connection with an assault after reports of a child being grabbed by the throat and pushed against a window.

The incident took place at 3.30pm at the Sutton-in-Ashfield bus station on July 12, 2019.

Police are now appealing for information and are asking to speak to the man pictured.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "If you recognise the man please call 101 quoting incident number 611 of 12 July 2019."

Police have not said if the boy was left with any injuries.
