Emergency services swarmed a main road in Rochdale after a crash involving a motorbike. Police partially closed off Hollin Lane (A6046), in Middleton, following the incident on Thursday (January 5).
Police and paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service were pictured at the scene. Two people, a rider and a passenger, were involved in the crash, which happened at about 4.30pm.
The nature of any injuries are yet to be confirmed but it is thought paramedics have attended to casualties at the scene. No further details about the collision have been confirmed.

Police said delays were expected to the area throughout a usually busy rush hour as the emergency services remained at the scene.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Greater Manchester Police were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle on Hollin Lane, Middleton at around 4:30pm today (Thursday 5 January 2023).
"The extent of the injuries suffered by the rider and passenger are unknown at this time with delays expected in the area as emergency services are still in attendance."
MancTraffic tweeted: "A6046 Hollin Lane, Middleton partially blocked just south of the M62 j19 Rbt. A bit slow heading n/b."
