Poland vs Senegal LIVE World Cup 2018: Latest score, goals, updates from Moscow
Cristiano Ronaldo set the World Cup alight with his hat-trick against Spain and Lionel Messi made headlines with his penalty miss, but there is one more striker whose goals could be on everyone’s lips: Robert Lewandowski.
The Bayern Munich forward has scored 49 goals for club and country over the last year and will be eager to get off the mark against Senegal in Poland’s opening Group H game.
Former Birmingham and Portsmouth player Aliou Cisse is managing a Senegal side not short on quality. Sadio Mane and Idrassa Gueye have had good seasons for Liverpool and Everton, while Diao Balde Keita has been a steady goal scorer for Monaco.
Neither side were at the 2014 World Cup, but both will be very keen to get a positive result to give them a chance of qualifying from their group ahead of Columbia and Japan.
Errors all round, Krychowiak passes the ball back towards Poland's goal and Szczesny came sprinting out of goal to clear it but Niang got there first, knocked it past the goalkeeper and sank it into the net

Prediction
3-1: Poland and Lewandowski have been in fairly hot form and are capable of putting a few goals past sub-par defences. Senegal have had mixed results in their warm up games and have not been particularly inspiring.
