"Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" is getting eight new events running through late summer, bringing back the 7-Star Tera Raid Battle and Mass Outbreak format players have relied on for rare catches throughout the game's post-launch support.
The announcement comes as the current Magikarp event, tied to the exclusive Mightiest Mark, wraps up on August 6 without a rerun for starter Pokémon Meowscarada, Skeledirge, or Quaquaval.
'Pokémon Scarlet and Violet' Announce New Events
According to a recent post from Serebii.net on their X account, the new lineup details four separate weeks of content running from August 7 through September 3.
The post detailed that each event will pair a 7-Star Tera Raid Battle with a corresponding Mass Outbreak event. As observed since then in the game, every 7-Star Tera Raid Battle Pokémon can be battled multiple times across a single save file, but they are only caught once.
This makes the exclusive Mightiest Mark tied to each raid especially valuable to serious collectors.
Serebii confirmed the full breakdown directly, posting that the next 7-Star Tera Raid Battles and Mass Outbreak Events have been revealed, focused on Glimmora, Annihilape, Farigiraf, and Kingambit, running weekly starting August 7 until September 3.
Mass Outbreaks typically boost either Shiny odds or the chance of encountering a Pokémon with a specific Mark. Because of this, the event is famous for giving players extra incentive to grind during each event window beyond just the raid boss itself.

As detailed by GameRant, the first event runs from August 7 to August 13, featuring Glimmora as a 7-Star Raid boss with the Mightiest Mark and Grass Tera Type. This comes alongside a Mass Outbreak for Glimmet in Paldea and both Glimmet and Glimmora in Kitakami, with boosted Shiny odds throughout the week.
The second event, running August 14 through August 20, centers on Annihilape as a 7-Star Raid boss carrying the Mightiest Mark with a Ghost Tera Type. It is paired with a Mass Outbreak for Mankey and Primeape in Paldea, and Mankey, Primeape, and Annihilape in Kitakami, featuring increased odds for the Angry Mark.
The third event spans August 21 to August 27, bringing Farigiraf into 7-Star Raids with a Fairy Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark. It goes alongside Mass Outbreaks dedicated to Girafarig in Paldea and Farigiraf specifically at the Blueberry Academy, both with boosted odds for a Mark.
The fourth and final event runs from August 28 through September 3, featuring Kingambit as a 7-Star Raid boss with the Mightiest Mark and Dark Tera Type. Its accompanying Mass Outbreak covers Pawniard and Bisharp in Paldea, along with Pawniard, Bisharp, and Kingambit in Kitakami, offering an increased chance at the Charismatic Mark.
Notably, Kingambit currently ranks among the strongest picks for double battles in "Pokémon Champions," making its Mightiest Mark version especially appealing to competitive players looking to port their catch over.
