'Pokemon Legends: Z-A' Early Copies Release Ahead of October 16—Here's What's Unveiled

"Pokémon Legends: Z-A" copies have apparently been released earlier to some users as some who have got their hands on it have been showing it off online, including the legitimate gameplay of the new title.

Several users are now sharing several hands-on experiences of the latest "Pokémon" game from Game Freak and Nintendo despite the title's official release date scheduled for October 16.

'Pokémon Legends: Z-A' Early Copies Release Ahead

Publications, including GoNintendo and Kotaku, have shared that a Twitter leaker called "Pory_Leeks" has claimed that there are already early copies of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" in the hands of buyers. The game's official release date listed by Game Freak and The Pokémon Company is not until October 16, but apparently, some users got their copies way ahead of time.

It remains unknown how these users were able to get their hands on the latest title in the "Pokémon" franchise, but those who were lucky enough to get one already shared actual images of the game itself.

Fans have also questioned the legitimacy of the leaked early copies, particularly as they pointed out that the UI elements shown in the alleged screenshot look similar to the official images shared by the developers.

'Pokémon Legends: Z-A' Early Gameplay Leaks

The leaker shared a post on 4chan that details the leaked screenshots from the game, but the thread has already been archived. It was revealed that the screenshot showed off the character creation and customization page of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A," featuring four skin tones to choose from for either the male or female avatar trainers choose in the game.

According to GameRant and other reports, this is all there is to the leaked gameplay of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A." The 4chan leaker did not share any other information or leaked screenshots from the game, particularly on the adventure users will take in Lumiose City.

There are no official early access releases for "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" from Game Freak or Nintendo, but there will be a midnight launch event for the title from retailer GameStop at 12:00 a.m.on October 16.

For now, players would have to wait two weeks before they get a glimpse of "Pokémon Legends: Z-A" and see the return of Mega Evolutions in the game and more of what Lumiose City has to offer.
