Pogba and Fernandes start - Manchester United line up fans want to see vs Bournemouth

Manchester United fans want to see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to name an unchanged team for the third game in succession against Bournemouth.

United are enjoying a rich vein of form and are on a 15-game unbeaten streak, and have noticeably stepped their level up since the restart, with Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes finally getting the chance to link up in midfield.

They welcome relegation strugglers Bournemouth to Old Trafford on Saturday and have the chance to put more pressure on Leicester City and Chelsea in the race for a place in the Premier League's top four, as they both dropped points in midweek.

United, meanwhile, cruised to an impressive 3-0 victory over Brighton and played some great football in the process, so it's little surprise that supporters want to see the same team again.

Solskjaer admitted in his pre-match press conference that he would like to name an unchanged side, but may be forced into some changes to keep his squad fresh amid the hectic fixture schedule.

"I've got to wait and see," the United boss said. "There are a couple that got some knocks and bruises, if there are a couple of changes don't be surprised just because of fitness. But there are also so many games. I've got to look after the players.

"It would be nice to play a team that performed so well against Sheffield United at Old Trafford last time and played so well against Brighton, but let's wait and see how everyone is after training, I've not seen them yet this morning.

"I've got many many reasons to play the same team but I've also got a few reasons to rotate one or two that played so well earlier in the season."

Should the Norwegian stick with the same XI, however, then it will be the first time since 2006, under Sir Alex Ferguson, that United have made no changes to the starting line-up for three games in a row.

Manchester United fans’ XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; Fernandes, Matic, Pogba; Greenwood, Martial, Rashford.
