The Jacksonville Jaguars finally made the decision to move on from general manager Dave Caldwell, which means new leadership is coming into the team’s front office in 2021. With a lot of assets by their side in terms of draft picks, salary cap, and patience from ownership, they have a chance to make some splash signings, but ultimately that will come down to Shad Khan.
With such an exciting offseason on the horizon, we took a look ahead in episode 48 of “Bleav in the Jags” and narrowed our list of six general manager candidates down to the top-3. We also discussed the traits Khan should look for after learning from the mistakes Caldwell made.
Afterward, we briefly previewed the Jags’ close loss to the Cleveland Browns and broke down the standouts and issues that occurred in the process.
