The Cleveland Browns are back in Berea practicing last week and this week as part of both voluntary and mandatory OTAs. Fans have optimism so far as we have seen Deshaun Watson locked in throwing the ball. Several in Cleveland media present on Tuesday said it was the best they’ve ever seen a Browns quarterback look.
