Plusnet customers are set to lose channels, including BT Sport, as part of a huge shake-up that will see the provider axe its YouView TV service.
The internet and TV supplier had already ditched YouView for new customers earlier this year - but existing customers will now also lose this service from November 1.
Households are set to lose non-standard Freeview channels, including CNN, Discovery and National Geographic.
You'll also lose any existing programme recordings you have saved.
Access to BT Sport via YouView will be switched off as well, as part of the changes.

Plusnet customers will still be able to watch all Freeview free-to-air channels through their YouView box.
You'll also still be able to tune in to Netflix, Now TV or Amazon Prime if you have these services set up as apps.
What the change means for Plusnet customers
Plusnet customers who are currently on its "Fibre Unlimited" or "Unlimited Extra" broadband contracts currently pay £5 each month for extra channels that aren't on Freeview.
This charge also allows you to pause and record live TV.
In addition to this, customers could also pay an additional £15.69 per month to watch BT Sport via YouView.
But as these services are coming to an end, you'll no longer be charged for your YouView service from October 1.
You will, however, still be able to record channels on Freeview and terrestrial TV - just not the channels that have been removed.
