Plucky pooch poses with firefighters after being saved from burning South Dublin house

A plucky pooch posed for a lovely pic with some hero firefighters after being saved from a burning house in South Dublin.

A crew from Rathfarnham rushed to the scene on Friday night after a fire broke out in a southside house.

Luckily nobody was hurt and lovely Toby showed his gratitude to the workers and got a pic with them in the garden afterwards.

The DFB said: "Toby the Dog with firefighters Jamie and Gary after he was rescued from a house fire overnight.

"Toby was delighted to paws (soz ) for the photo with the crew from Rathfarnham fire station."
