'Plenty of fire' - Bristol City player ratings after 1-1 draw at Hull City in Championship closer

Max O'Leary - 7

Vital stop to deny Bowen in the closing stages that helped his side get a point. And several good saves before that too.

Bailey Wright - 6

Did okay against the troublesome Kamil Grosicki in the main although the Pole was afforded too much space a few times, not least when Hull scored.

Adam Webster - n/a

Only played two minutes before he limped off and had to be replaced by Lloyd Kelly.

Bristol City refuse to go quietly and emerge with pride but 1-1 draw at Hull City isn't enough

Tomas Kalas - 8

Solid display at the back in what could be his final game for the Robins. Didn't put a foot wrong.

Jay Dasilva - 6

Some lovely raids down the left as he glided past several Hull defenders.

Marlon Pack - 7

Plenty of battling in the middle and a bit of fire too when he clashed with Jarrod Bowen. Kept it simple as was needed.

Josh Brownhill - 7

Involved in the goal at the end and put in another energetic performance despite this being the final game of the season. Class.

Andreas Weimann - 6

Hard working display as was needed but ran into too many cul-de-sacs when he had the ball.

Jamie Paterson - 8

Another good performance from the attacking midfielder who set up several of City's best chances.

Kasey Palmer - 8

Held the ball up well, worked hard and was splendidly creative. It's a mystery why he hasn't played more.

Famara Diedhiou - 6

Bad miss in the first half when he hit the woodwork instead of opening the scoring. Also should have netted from Paterson's aerial pass.

Substitutes

Lloyd Kelly (for Webster, 2) - 6

Arguably should have got more on the clearance that Irvine then scored from, but several good interceptions too.

Matty Taylor (for Diedhiou, 56) - 7

Played a big role in Eliasson's disallowed goal and was on the scene for the final score too.

Niclas Eliasson (for Palmer, 56) - 7

Another bright display from the bench and unlucky to have his score chalked off.
