It's one of the most popular gaming platforms around the world, but it appears that the PlayStation Network is experiencing issues this morning.
According to Down Detector, the issues started at around 09:05 BST, and are affecting users around the world.
While the reason for the outage remains unclear, of those who reported issues, 76% said they couldn't sign in, 14% were struggling with game play, and 9% were having issues with the PlayStation Store.
PlayStation claims that there are not currently any known issues, and that users should be able to access their accounts.
The reason for the issues remains unclear, although on its help page, PlayStation explained: "You may experience somewhat slower or delayed game downloads because we're working with ISPs to manage download traffic.
"We believe it's important to do our part to address internet stability concerns as an unprecedented number of people are staying home and practicing social distancing. We appreciate the support and understanding from our community."
Several frustrated users have taken to Twitter to discuss the outage.
One user said: "And mid game too PlayStation?! Perffffffffffect timing for the network to go down.."
Another wrote: "Welp PlayStation just told me to stop playing Call of Duty. Signed me out of the network and won't let me sign back in. Constant error message. Next gen getting real dicey bruh."
And one added: "What is going on with the playstation network? I've been knocked off my account and signed out twice during my twitch stream and now I can't even get signed back in?! Is the network down or is maintenance happening?!?!"
If you're still having problems connecting, PlayStation recommends that you run a network test.
It said: "Please run a network test in [Settings] > [Network] and try again. If you have issues with completing the test, please use Fix & Connect here: http://connection.support.playstation.com"
