GameStop has confirmed that the Playstation 5 is back in stock in Ireland but there's some bad news.
While the highly popular console is back in stock there is only enough to satisfy pre-orders, the gaming store has confirmed.
This means those hoping to simply order online and get a quick delivery likely to be disappointed, the Irish Mirror reports.
A spokesperson for GameStop said: "Further stock of PS5 consoles has been made available.
"We will use them to satisfy consumers who have already pre-ordered by advancing them in the queue.
"We have begun the process of contacting ALL consumers by email with an order update, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Currently, new pre-orders can’t be placed either online or in-store."
No other Irish store has yet confirmed they have stock although Smyths do state on their website that they expected to get more in January.
Customers worldwide have been disappointed by Sony with many unable to get their hands on the console for Christmas as hoped.
