It’s one of the most highly anticipated gaming consoles of 2020, and now we may have finally been given a pre-order and launch date for the PlayStation 5.
New rumours claim that the pre-order and launch date for the PS5 have been revealed via a Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War leak.
CharlieIntel has reported that data miners discovered the reveal date for the new Call of Duty game, with pre-orders on September 9 and a launch date of November 13.
He explained: “Per the data miners and text across the files, the release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be Friday, November 13.
“This information was found in text files in the game and also mentioned by the legal language of the different editions of the game.
“In addition, data miners have found text files that reveal the MP world reveal of Black Ops Cold War will take place on September 9.”
Now, several gamers and commenters have suggested that the same dates may apply to the PlayStation 5 console.
Some predictions even indicate that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War could be part of a PlayStation 5 bundle at launch time.
