Playoff odds watch: Browns open as 4.5-points dogs in wild-card round

The Browns defeated the Steelers in FirstEnergy Stadium on Sunday to set up a wild-card round rematch in Pittsburgh. The professional bookmakers aren’t so confident the Browns can pull off the win two weeks in a row.

At BetMGM, the Browns are 4.5-point underdogs to the Steelers for Sunday night’s game. It’s a pretty common line across most books. The over/under for the game is set at 46.5, or five points higher than last Sunday’s line. Cleveland won 24-22.

Both teams could look quite different in the wild-card round. The Browns have several defenders who could come off the reserve/COVID-19 list. Pittsburgh rested several key players, including T.J. Watt and Ben Roethlisberger, in Week 17.
