Eddie Howe takes charge of his first Newcastle United this weekend as he looks to lead the club to their first win of the Premier League with a victory of Brentford.
There's plenty of excitement and intrigue about Howe 's first Newcastle game and especially the teamsheet come 2pm on Saturday.
John Gibson and Andrew Musgrove preview the game on the latest episode of The Everything is Black and White Podcast where the pair discuss the arrival of Howe, the need for three points and the potential line-up to take on The Bees.
Speaking about the appointment of Howe, Gibbo said: "The idea has grown on me because he has spoken very well, interviewed very well and talked positively about what he wants to do.
"There are no grey areas.
"I felt with Steve Bruce there were a lot of grey areas from a player's point of view - as in they were asking 'are we certain what path we are going down?' or 'how are we going about things?' because it was a five at the back one week then it was a four.
"I think it's much more positive now, it's much more direct.
"Players are like sheep, they like to be led, they like to be told what they are going to do: "This the path we are going down and this is what we expect to find at the end of it," and that is a good thing because you want a decisive manager."
