A model who was once on the cover of Playboy has opened up about her "addiction" to plastic surgery, which so far has cost her nearly $1 million.
Jenna Bentley first went under the knife for a nose job when she was 18 years old, before she moved into the Playboy mansion to live with Hugh Hefner and the other bunnies.
But after the nose job caused her to nearly choke on her own blood during recovery, Jenna continued to have another 14 operations over the years - and she still wants more.
Looking back on her previous procedures, Jenna described herself as an "ugly duckling" who needed a little bit of help turning into a swan.

Some of the other operations she has had are a second nose job, three boob jobs to go up to a size 23DDD, liposuction on her thighs and stomach, a Brazilian Butt Lift, a mini face lift, a cat-eye procedure and a cheek lift.
Jenna estimates she's spent around $200,000 on fillers and Botox, and recently paid $15,000 to have threads placed in her face.
She said: “I thank God every day that I haven’t had any major complications.
"The worst thing that’s ever happened was after I had my first nose job and one of the stitches broke while I was asleep.
“I woke up and there was blood in my mouth and throat. I felt like I was getting waterboarded, I could barely breathe.
“I was almost drowning in blood but that’s not even that bad compared to what some people experience, like waking up during surgery."
She admits plastic surgery isn't "fun" but she's still keen to have more work done.
She said: "After 10 years in the business, guys have projected me in a certain way.
"Big boobs, curves, I've had so much work done and I need to keep getting it done.
"You love the way it looks after but during the time you think to yourself ‘I must be crazy, I’m in so much pain’ that you’ll never forget it. It’s like having a hangover.
"You tell yourself and anyone around you that you’re never drinking again but if you’re addicted, it won’t be long before you’re planning the next party."
Jenna conceded she has an "addictive personality" and she's definitely addicted to plastic surgery.
The bombshell, who is on Twitter as @JennaBentley07, said although the operations weren't particularly enjoyable, they help her make money.
She said: "I see plastic surgery as upkeep, as maintenance. This is my income."
Jenna also had a response to the people who pass opinion on her choice to have surgery.
She said: "For every person who talks sh*t about my looks, there are 10 more who love the plastic fantastic.
"I’m very much of the opinion that if you don’t like it, don’t look. I’m not forcing you to look at me so go mind your own business."
Jenna added: "I'm going to keep getting surgery until I feel satisfied, which could possibly be never, who knows!"
