A new sustainable, vegan bakery and deli is to open its doors in Glasgow's south side next week, just in time for the end of Veganuary.
Zilch Bakery & Deli will have its launch day this Monday (January 27) on Eglinton Street, Laurieston.
The eco-friendly eatery has pledged to be single use plastic-free and will serve sourdough breads, focaccia and pastries as well a selection of paninis, vegan meats and cheese.
Owners have also promised that all of the coffee served in the bakery and deli will also be locally sourced.
