Plans to convert former Hyndland Road dry cleaners into new cafe

Plans have been submitted for a former Hyndland Road dry cleaners to be converted into a new cafe.

Proposals would see 135 Hyndland Road, the home of the former Johnsons The Cleaners, refurbished to become a new food venue.

The unit was badly damaged in March of this year, after a fire broke out at the address.

Limited detail is given in the plans, submitted by Ross Woods Architects, with an application for a change of use to Class 3 to create a new cafe / sandwich shop.

Floor plans are also included as part of the submission which is now with Glasgow City Council for consideration.
