Plans to develop part of former playing fields at a large Swansea comprehensive school have been unveiled.
Planning consultants Asbri Planning have been commissioned by developers Westacres to undertake a pre-application consultation over the proposals for land which were formerly part of Olchfa School.
The consultation will inform a full planning application for the land at Aneurin Way in Sketty.

The proposals are for 101 dwellings on the L-shaped piece of land, a mixture of one to five bedroom properties.
In their planning statement, Asbri Planning conclude: "The principle for residential development within the area is considered to be supported due to the existing surrounding context...it is considered the proposal fully accords with both national and local policies and there are no material considerations anticipated to prevent the planning application to be determined in accordance with the relevant planning policy framework.
"As such, it is respectfully requested that the City and County of Swansea Council consider this application favourably and grant planning permission for the proposal".
Swansea Council agreed to dispose of what was deemed "surplus land" at the school in March 2018, after the authority's cabinet resolved the school had an excess of games court, hard play and soft play areas, but a shortfall in pitches.
The disposal of the application site resulted in the loss of one potential pitch, but it was concluded that an all-weather pitch including 3G surfaces would allow for a more intensive use than grass which could also be used by the wider community.
Sketty councillor Mike Day said: "Sketty councillor and residents have been contacted by planners over the plans, and we welcome that contact over the proposals.
"But we are receiving as councillors some concerns relating to access to the estate and traffic issues as it is close to the school.
"We'd urge residents to get involved with the consultation, either directly, or alternatively they can contact us and we will put any concerns forward".
Drawings, reports and supporting documents are available for inspection here. All representation about the proposed development should be received by January 14.
