Plans approved for a new Aldi store to be built in Leeds

Planning permission has been granted for a brand new Aldi store in Leeds.

The new store will be based on Chartists Way in Morley, and could provide as many as 40 new jobs for the local area.

The planning decision was made earlier this week which will allow construction to begin on the store, and the site will house 133 car parking spaces, as well as ten bicycle parking spaces.

Aldi was named the 'Favourite Supermarket' at the GHI Food Awards 2019, and there are as many as nine sites in Leeds already.

You can take a look at the full set of planning documents related to the new Aldi here.
