The highly-anticipated Planet Ice is set to open in Leeds and we have the all-important details about the new ice rink.
The venue, which will be based on Elland Road, is opening on Saturday, February 1.

Planet Ice will offer public skate sessions, lessons, challenges, birthday parties and will also be home to Leeds Chiefs ice hockey side.

Location
As we mentioned, Planet Ice will be based on Elland Road near Leeds United’s football stadium.
The address for the new attraction is Planet Ice Leeds, Elland Road, Leeds, LS11 0EY.
Prices
There’s a variety of different sessions on offer at the ice skating rink.
Public Ice Skating (off-peak) will start at £8, with peak sessions available from £8.50.
A family of three can skate from £22.20, four from £29.60 and five from £37.
Those of you who’d like to watch instead of skate will be charged £2 if not attending patch, private hire or birthday parties.
Skate Hire is £8.70 and toddlers under four will be charged £3.30.
The prices above don’t include a £2.20 per person charge for those without the Planet Ice Ice Card membership.
You can buy a car for £10 per year.
As well as public skating there’s learn to skate sessions at the venue, parties and programmes catered to ice hockey and performance skating at Planet Ice.
