In spite of having Norton, Spybot and Adaware, I somehow installed SpyFalcon. I followed Symantec's instructions for removing SpyFalcon to no avail. Tony Williams
SpyFalcon (formerly SpyAxe) is a nasty piece of work. To remove it manually, follow the instructions at www.spyware-removal-guideline.com/spyfalcon-removal.
