For years now several Liverpool businesses have been causing confusion among people in the city region.
While the concept and what they each sell is clear, it's their names and locations where much of the head-scratching comes into play.
The businesses we're talking about are local and include an area in their name - however many are often a good few miles away from these areas mentioned.
Below is a round-up of these places.
Woolton Carpet Centre
Woolton Carpet Centre opened more than 60 years ago and will be a familiar site to locals and those who have drove to Liverpool's John Lennon Airport.
Despite its name, it is actually based on Speke Road in Garston, adding confusion to many passers-by.
On Twitter, one user said: "Before Liverpool can move forward as a city we need to address the fact that Woolton carpet centre is in Garston."
It gained more than 200 retweets and 1,400 likes proving how many people have been left wondering about the connection between the name and location.

Allerton Furniture Centre
Its unassuming exterior doesn't do Allerton Furniture Centre justice, from the outside you'd never guess just how much is stocked inside.
It's loved for offering its customers furniture for the whole home including beds, wardrobes, mirrors and sidebaords.
However, its location is something which could cause confusion for many passers-by as its based nowhere near Allerton. In fact it can be found on Admiral Street in Toxteth.

West Derby Motors
While we know this one isn't based a million miles away from where it claims to be, it still fits the category of 'being in the wrong place'.
Despite its name, it can actually be found based on Gloucester Road in Tuebrook.

Walton Flooring Centre
For anyone who has only ever heard of Walton Flooring Centre and is yet to visit, you may find yourself starching your head if you travel to North Liverpool looking for it.
Walton Flooring Centre is actually based on the other side of the city on Wavertree High Street.

Woolton Physiotherapy Clinic has been based on Chelwood Avenue since it opened back in 1991.
The premises, which takes up a large part of the row of shops which it is based is located between Childwall and Broadgreen, not Woolton like its name suggests.

Further afield and just a short drive from Liverpool, West Lancashire Golf Club is based around 50 yards from Hall Road train station.
This means it isn't actually based in West Lancs, in fact it is based in Blundellsands near the Crosby and Waterloo area.
Childwall Golf Club
Despite giving the impression keen golfers would be able to find Childwall Golf Club could be found in Childwall, it is actually based between Belle Vale and Netherley.
