The nation’s love affair with a popular high street restaurant chain is set to grow even deeper in the coming weeks.
An official cookbook ‘PizzaExpress: From Italy with Love’, will hit shelves on September 16, following an overwhelming response to the pizza maker’s recipe releases throughout lockdown for customers to recreate at home.
Featuring recipes for more than 100 PizzaExpress favourites from the last 56 years including Dough Balls, Margherita and Sloppy Giuseppe as well as spicy, seafood, vegan and veggie pizzas, PizzaExpress: From Italy with Love caters to every mood and palette.
Alongside 68 pizza recipes, many of which are ready in minutes, there are salads, desserts, dressings and sauces that are set to create a meal for every date-night, birthday or Friday night in.
There are also exclusive recipes for artisan pizza base doughs such as Leggera and Calabrese including a special gluten-free option.
