Nothing beats a fresh takeaway pizza, except for maybe leftover slices the next day - but how do you get it so it's just the right temperature but not too soggy?
Everyone has their own take on reheating pizza, whether it's sticking it back in the oven or giving it a minute in the microwave.
But now one woman has taken to TikTok to share her technique, and it's unconventional to say the least.
Tara, @aldentediva, used a frying pan in her viral video and said all you have to do is add water and put on a lid to get the perfect reheated pizza.
What do you think about the pizza trick? Let us know in the comments...
To reheat the slice, Tara pops her pizza into a hot pan before pouring a little water around it and then putting the lid on top to allow it to steam.
It takes just a minute or two and when reheated the pizza is crunchy, hot and covered in melty cheese - as if it just came out of the box.
Tara's video soon went viral and racked up 2.5 million views, alongside 142,500 likes, and countless comments.
One user commented: "Game changer fosho."
Then another wrote: "Confession: I would rather eat it this way than fresh."
"Only way to do it," added another.
While a third said: "Does it not get soggy?" to which Tara replied "nope".
Another fan wrote: "I’m constantly amazed by how many things TikTok has taught me I’ve been doing wrong my whole life."
