If you've been yearning for the return of Pixies, then we have good news as the rock icons have announced a string of UK and European dates for later this year to the delight of many fans.
The tour will start this September in Cardiff, and finishes in Newcastle in September, so there are plenty chances to see them.
The band previously played five nights at London's Roundhouse to celebrate their 30th anniversary, but if you weren't lucky enough to see them then this is your chance.
Tickets are available from Seetickets at 10am on 5 April here , so set your alarms.
The Pixies gained huge popularity in the eighties, but broke up in 1993. Following a huge surge in their popularity after 'breaking up the band', they reunited in 2004 leading to sold out tours to this day, but will September's be just as big - we hope so.

Pixies have also tried to ensure that fans will not be ripped off when trying to get ticktes. They've displayed a message on their website saying:
'PIXIES want to caution fans that if a ticket is being sold for more than its face value, or if a ticket is found to be on sale anywhere other than pixiesmusic.com or links designated on the band’s website, it will be invalid, at risk of being canceled, and will be resold to a fan at the correct price.'
With more and more bands trying to combat ticket touts, it seems Pixies are taking it seriously, and we think this is great news!
