It’s time to buy a bald cap, my friends, because Pitbull is coming to Australia in 2025. It really is a welcome reminder that life is not a waste of time and time is not a waste of life. So let’s stop wasting time, have the time of our life.
After a week full of hopeful whispers, the set list for revived R&B festival Fridayz Live was released. On it, in giant green writing, were the words we’d been waiting years to see — Pitbull.

And if you thought the news couldn’t get any better, wait, there’s more. Pitbull will be joined by Mariah Carey, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Jon, Eve, Tinie Tempah and Jordin Sparks.
To quote Lil Jon: “YEAH! WHAT! OKAY!”

After five years on hiatus, Fridayz Live is coming back for four big nights in October 2025 on the following dates:
- October 17 — Brisbane Showgrounds, Brisbane
- October 18 — ENGIE Stadium, Sydney
- October 24 — Langley Park, Perth
- October 25 — Marvel Stadium, Melbourne
Admittedly, it’s a bit of a rough one for our friends in Adelaide, Canberra and New Zealand.

There are a bunch of different pre-sale tiers, too. If you’re a Telstra Plus member, you can lock in tickets from Monday, May 26. ANZ cardholders can access another round of pre-sale tickets on Thursday, May 29. Then the official Fridayz Live pre-sale kicks off on Friday, May 30.
If you’re as desperate to wiggle those salsa hips in a bald cap like I am, you can sign up for Fridayz Live 2025 pre-sale HERE.
General admission tickets go on sale on Monday, June 2. God speed, my friends.

Aussie Mr. Worldwide fans have been begging, nay, pleading for the American rapper and singer to venture back Down Under since he kicked off his Party After Dark Tour overseas.
The last time he was in Australia was in 2012, and without a fix of the “Fireball” singer, I was starting to question whether he truly could keep his Mr. Worldwide moniker.
Thankfully, I can confirm that he is permitted to continue the use of Mr. Worldwide.
DALE!!!!!!!!!!
