DETROIT _ Reggie Jackson is a good spot-up 3-point shooter.
But with a 31 percent shooting percentage, he hasn't shown it so far this season.
Until Friday night at Little Caesars Arena.
Jackson made his first five 3-point attempts on the way to a 6-for-8 night from deep in the Detroit Pistons' 107-88 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
Jackson finished with 20 points as the Pistons (12-7) won their fourth straight and eighth in the past 10 games.
The world champion Golden State Warriors visit Saturday night.
Blake Griffin scored 20 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and added five assists for the Pistons, who move to 4-0 on the six-game home stand.
Andre Drummond finished with 19 points, 19 rebounds and four blocked shots.
The Pistons held Bulls leading scorer Zach LaVine to eight points on 3-for-12 shooting.
Rookie center Wendell Carter Jr. scored 28 for the Bulls (5-18), who have lost five straight.
Since his move to the bench, Stanley Johnson has found success with one-man fast breaks before the opponents' defense is set.
He was at it again against the Bulls.
Johnson missed his first two shots in the paint after two hard pushes when he entered the game in the first half.
He also committed a turnover on an off-target, cross-court bounce pass.
After a defensive rebound, he got to the rim for a layup at the 10:51 mark to give the Pistons a 36-23 lead.
At the 9:46 mark, he grabbed another defensive rebound and took it to the rim, drawing a foul.
He converted the free throws, giving the Pistons a 40-25 lead.
He struggled offensively in the second half in finishing with eight points on 2-for-9 shooting. He missed four 3-point attempts.
Rookie Bruce Brown entered the game late in the first quarter.
He finished the half with a 14-minute run.
Pistons coach Dwane Casey wanted Brown in the game to guard LaVine and he did an excellent job.
Lavine scored the first basket of the quarter, but was held scoreless for the rest of the half.
Lavine was 0-for-4 and had two turnovers before leaving the game at the 3:04 mark.
For good measure, Brown blocked a Lavine baseline jumper at the 6:20 mark.
