MLB will be easing its uniform policies for the annual Players’ Weekend starting on August 23rd, and players around the league will once again be wearing nicknames on their back.
During the weekend, players are allowed to wear their own custom gear, from cleats to batting gloves to catcher’s masks. Pirates pitcher Joe “Moose” Musgrove is taking the opportunity to debut an incredible custom glove, which has been painted to resemble the Infinity Gauntlet from Avengers. Musgrove showed off the glove, which was done by local artist Cody Sabol, earlier this week.
