Pirates face lawsuit: Your experiences please

With the games industry reportedly threatening to sue 25,000 people who illegally downloaded games, it seems that the war against pirates is cranking up. But 25,000 - that's a lot of people. It's not clear if we're going to see a similar situation to one a few years ago, when scores of parents suddenly found themselves footing the bill when the music industry went on a similar attack?
