Pippa Middleton reveals son Arthur is doing baby yoga at eight months old

Fitness fanatic Pippa Middleton has revealed her baby son has started practising yoga with her at only eight months old.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister said she took baby Arthur to 'baby yoga' classes to find the benefits of the infant practice.

She said: "Arthur spent most of the class trying to escape from my yoga mat, chewing on the foam block, and practising the cobra on his tunny.

"However, I'm sold on the benefits of baby yoga - and wish I'd tried it sooner."

Pippa, 35, gave birth to her son - Arthur Michael William Matthews - in October, last year and has since kept a low profile.

She is usually seen walking near her £17 million family home in north-west London and was said to have been keen to stay active in the first months of motherhood.

It is reported that Meghan Markle has been doing the 'baby yoga' practice with Pippa.

Pippa married financier James, elder brother of Made In Chelsea star Spencer, in May 2017.

She took Arthur to the Caribbean to visit her grandfather in St Barts to celebrate the New Year.

Luxury hotel owner David Matthews looked every bit the doting grandfather as Pippa proudly held the 11-week old.

Mr Matthews, 74, owns the exclusive Eden Rock resort in his native St Barts, which was devastated by Hurricane Irma in 2017.

Pippa, 35, was joined by her husband James Matthews, 43, and his brother, former Made in Chelsea star, Spencer Matthews, 30.
