Pinner 'murder': Man stabbed to death inside property in leafy London suburb

A man has died in a stabbing at a home in North London.

Police have launched a murder probe after the victim died at the scene in Pinner.

Police were called at approximately 6am this morning to reports of a man found suffering injuries at an address in the leafy London suburb.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the man - who has not been identified - was pronounced dead at the scene.

Enquiries are underway to identify the man and his next of kin.

A crime scene remains in place. Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command have been informed.

No arrests have been made.

It is the latest in a string of fatal stabbings in the capital.

Yesterday police confirmed a 17-year-old had died after a fight outside a block of flats in Union Streets, Hounslow.

It happened at around 10.30pm on Friday, and the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
