Pink's husband Carey Hart shares touching tribute to singer on her 40th birthday

Pink’s husband Carey Hart proved he is still madly in love with his spouse as he posted a romantic tribute for her 40th birthday.

The motocross racer shared a special tribute to the singer on Instagram, posting an adorable slideshow of photos that documented their relationship, which has so far spanned nearly two decades.

The 44-year-old wrote: “Welcome to 40 baby. I’ve celebrated 18 birthdays with you, and I can say it’s amazing growing up with you.

“The person you have grown into is inspiring.”

"I’m so proud of the woman you have become, and you are more beautiful than ever," he continued. "You truly are like wine.

“You just keep getting better, and I’m so lucky to be along on this crazy ride with you. I love you baby. Looking forward [to] many many more birthdays with you.”

After referencing his wife's accomplishments, including parenthood, career success and philanthropy efforts, the father of two ended his message with a sweet glimpse into their future.

“I can’t wait to see how nuts you and I are in our 80s,” he concluded, with laughing emojis.

Pink thanked her followers for their birthday messages, writing: “THANK YOU FOR MY BDAY WISHES. I’m jumping for joy to be 40. I’m so f******g into it. I love you all!”

The pair, who married in 2006, share daughter Willow Sage, eight, and son Jameson Moon, two.

Last month, Pink was praised for performing a “thrilling” show in Denmark just 48 hours after a small plane carrying her crew and management team crashed.

The jet was landing at Aarhus Airport when it collided with the turf and burst into flames on August 5.

The popstar's crew were en route to Denmark from Norway when the incident took place.

At the time, police said 10 people on board were four US citizens, two Australians and one British national.

Everybody on board the plane managed to escape without injury.
