PIL seeking CBI inquiry into Bihar Public Service Commission paper leak rejected

PATNA: The division bench of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice S Kumar rejected a PIL seeking CBI probe into the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) paper leak case.

The PIL filed by advocate Sanjeev Kumar Mishra alleged connivance of higher officials with those of the district administration concerned and the BPSC in the paper leak of preliminary test of the 67th combined competitive exams held on May 8 this year.

The high court refused to interfere in this matter on the submission of the advocate general Lalilt Kishore that the state's specialised police wings have already busted the racket and nabbed the culprits, including the mastermind of the paper leak.

The petitioner told this newspaper that he will challenge the decision.
