Pigeon Detectives frontman's hilarious response to Liam Gallagher's twitter rant

Oasis legend Liam Gallagher was the talk of Twitter on Wednesday morning after his 'robust' response to Kaiser Chief's Nick 'Peanut' Baines.

Baines called Gallagher out on Twitter after his no-show at a Romanian festival, and seemed to cast doubt on his reasons for not playing.

The Mancunian rocker was never going to let that lie, and speaking on Twitter, he said: "This 1s for P*SSFLAP out of the KAISER CHEIFS all that money you spend on props ie your daft looking head I’d spend on getting yourself a decent tour manager who spots these kind of things otherwise you and your band will be going for a early bath LG x"

In a separate post, he added: "Ps it’s naff c***s like you that give Leeds a bad name as you were LG x"

Gallagher's tweets were about as scathing as they come, and Matt Bowman of Leeds ban Pigeon Detectives showed sympathy to his hometown counterparts with a hilarious response on Twitter.

Quoting Gallagher's tweet, Bowman's tongue in cheek response was: "Woke up this morning and had to check I hadn’t had a twitter battle with Liam last night."

Given the nature of the Oasis man's tweets, it's no wonder Bowman was relieved!

We'll wait and see if Baines responds after Gallagher's rant.
