Piers Morgan voices support for Rebekah Vardy and compares Coleen Rooney to Osama Bin Laden

Rebekah Vardy has gained another supporter in her spat with Coleen Rooney - enter Piers Morgan.

The Good Morning Britain presenter, 54, blamed Coleen, 33, for her secrets getting out as she allowed 367 people to follow her private Instagram account.

Coleen had gone into full detective mode by posting things that only those with access to Rebekah's account could see to see if they would leak to press, and they did.

Piers compared her to Osama Bin Laden, who managed to stay undetected for ten years because he avoided technology.

The controversial host claimed that the only way Coleen could have avoided her secrets getting out was to stay off social media all together.

Writing for the Daily Mail, Piers said: "Coleen believes everything she posts there is ‘private’ and only shared with people who she has allowed to follow her, and who she supposedly trusts enough not to repeat anything they see posted.

"And it’s at this point that I raise a slightly quizzical eyebrow."

He then claimed that Rebekah would have no reason to betray Coleen; she doesn't need the money and is also pregnant with her fifth child, it would be a stressful move for someone in her condition.

Piers added: "[Coleen has] ignited global fireball of gossip, intrigue and savage attacks on her now banished heavily pregnant friend that may lead down all kinds of tricky sidewalks.

"Put it this way: I suspect Rebekah Vardy has gleaned far juicier information from Coleen about the Rooneys than whether their basement got flooded."

Coleen took to Twitter yesterday to accuse Rebeka of lifting posts from her private Instagram account and selling them to the press.

The stories contained fake things that had happened to Coleen, including choosing her next baby's gender, a flooding in her house and a return to TV, which were all made into articles.

Wayne Rooney's wife knew then exactly where they had come from, and took to Twitter to accuse her selling stories.

After explaining how she'd caught her in the act, she finished with the now iconic line: "It’s......... Rebekah Vardy’s account."
