Piers Morgan was left stunned tonight as Trisha Goddard told him how old she was on Life Stories.
Trisha opened up about her life to Piers on his ITV show tonight.
As the show started Piers said people were in for a shock, especially when they found out how old Trisha was.
He asked her how old she was and she said: "I'm 63."
Piers said : "You are eight years older than me, but you look ten years younger than me, what's your secret?"
Trisha replied: "I have a 30-year-old and 26-year-old who keep saying to me when are you gonna grow up.
"There's a lot of child in me and I've always enjoyed being active."
And viewers watching the show were also shocked by her age revelation.
Dee said: "Trisha Goddard has aged so well. She looks half her age."
J Sapier said: "She looks amazing for 63. She looks in her 30’s"
