Piers Morgan slams Meghan Markle and Harry in stinging dig on Good Morning Britain

Piers Morgan has laid into former friend Meghan Markle and Harry once again.

The outspoken TV personality, 55, spiralled into another epic rant about the couple on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday.

As coronavirus raged on, Meghan and Harry officially have started their new life with their son Archie after quitting their royal jobs.

During Good Morning Britain, the presenter refused to address the lovebirds gracing the front pages of newspapers while running through the daily headlines.

He couldn't resist to make a ribbing comment.

Instead, the Good Morning Britain star turned his attention to Harry's brother Prince William.

Piers heaped on the praise for Prince William after sources claimed he's keen to return as an air ambulance pilot to help do his bit amid the coronavirus fight.

The television personality bigged up Prince William's efforts before he made a final swooping dig at Meghan and Harry by refusing to "dwell" on them.

He said: "Oh dear, never mind move on. [in reference to Harry and Meghan]

"The royal we can talk about very briefly is Prince William who is apparently itching to get back into air ambulance and do that.

"That's the royal I'd like to talk about we won't be dwelling on the other two."

It's claimed William has been seriously turning over in his mind whether he will return as an air ambulance pilot to fight coronavirus.

An insider told The Sun : "William has been seriously considering returning as an air ambulance pilot to help in the current pandemic.

“He knows the whole country is doing its bit and he wants to help. But it’s complicated as he was originally grounded from the job so that he could become a senior working royal."

Piers was elated to be joined by Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britian.

The mother had been self-isolating for 14 days and working from home after one of her sons had a cough.

In accordance to social distancing rules, Susanna and Piers were sat two metres apart while filming the latest segment of the breakfast show.

Wide camera angle shots showed the pair completely at ease while social distancing.
