Piers Morgan hit out at Prince Andrew on Good Morning Britain on Monday over the allegations of sex abuse against him.
Speaking alongside co host Susanna Reid, Piers demanded the Duke of York respond to calls from the US for him to be questioned.
"Prosecutors in the US have demanded that Britain allow Prince Andrew to be questioned over his links to billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein," said Piers.
"Claims from one of Epstein's victim's, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, is Prince Andrew had sex with her three times, twice when she was underage.
"Reported earlier on the show, she made those claims in Florida, where of course the age of consent is 18, I'd like to clarify she was not below the age of consent in the locations that the incidents are alleged to have taken place.
"We'd also like to clarify that Prince Andrew, at the moment, is refusing to be accountable for any of his actions, and he should probably start to be accountable for his actions, pretty sharpish."
Susanna added: "He also denies all the allegations."
Piers replied: "He can deny them to the FBI, in an interview, under oath, that would probably have more merit, actually."
So far Andrew has allegedly refused to be quizzed by New York prosecutors and lawyers representing Epstein's victims although he vehemently denies any wrongdoing.
He has been accused by the late paedophile's former teen ''sex slave'' Virginia Giuffre of having slept with her three times when show 17, a claim he refutes.
Although Andrew spent time with Epstein, who committed suicide last August while awaiting trial for underage sex trafficking, he has also denied witnessing any suspicious behaviour by Epstein.
it was claimed no decision had been made yet over the American's request which was filed last month.
If the application is successful, the Duke would either be asked to voluntarily attend an interview and give a signed statement although not be under oath or appear at magistrates in London to provide oral or written evidence on oath.
If the Duke refuses, he could be forced to attend in person by summons, where U.S. lawyers would then able to question to him.
Unlike the Queen, father-of-two Andrew does not hold sovereign immunity from prosecution.
