Piers Morgan's Uncensored - how to watch new TV show and when it's on

Piers Morgan is heading up the flagship show on the brand new TV channel TalkTV as part of a rumoured £50 million three-year deal.

Piers' new TV show Uncensored comes a year after his petulant exit from Good Morning Britain (GMB) after comments made about the mental health of the Duchess of Sussex - and his former friend, Meghan Markle.

Another former friend of the TV presenter is Donald Trump and Piers has interviewed him for the launch of TalkTV.

Trump left his office in disgrace and the promotional video for the interview shows him storming out, but the former president's team appear to have refuted this with audio that shows the two thanking each other at the end of the interview.

Morgan tweeted in response to criticism from Donald Trump Jr: "I learned all my promo skills from you guys on Celebrity Apprentice! Nothing misleading or deceptive about it, Don - your dad just got very annoyed when I told him I don’t believe the 2020 election was rigged or stolen. Aside from that, it was a terrific interview."

When will Piers Morgan's new show air?

Uncensored is a new 60-minute show due to air every weekday on TalkTV at 8pm.

The show aims to be a lively talk show, with Piers having previously been critical of what he sees as censorship of views like his in society.

Piers claimed he was censored by ITV after refusing to apologise for calling Meghan Markle a liar, despite voluntarily walking off the show on air during a heated debate with presenter Alex Beresford on GMB.

He received thousands of complaints, including one by Meghan herself to ITV.

The media regulator said Piers was entitled to his comments due to the fact there were other presenters providing opposing opinions at the time, but also said he showed "apparent disregard" for mental health problems.

After Prince Harry and Meghan's fallout from the Firm, Meghan said there were points where she "no longer wanted to be alive", causing Piers to comment: "I wouldn't believe her if she read me a weather report."
