Piers Morgan's eldest son Spencer has "escaped" London to travel to the family's home in Tier 2 Sussex.
Spencer, 27, left the city ahead of the Tier 4 restrictions and went to Newick, where Piers and wife Celia Walden have a large second home complete with large grounds and a swimming pool.
It's not known if Piers joined Spencer, but the GMB host has previously hinted he might not see his son for Christmas as he said they'd previously exchanged gifts reports Mirror Online.
Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty asked Londoners to "unpack your bags" and not risk spreading a mutated variant of coronavirus to the rest of the country.
Referring to this, Spencer tweeted: "Why doesn’t he pack his and do one." He then added: "New strain about as believable as the Loch Ness monster. End the BS."
On Sunday Spencer shared images of the countryside and wrote: "On the plus side. Tier 2 ain't too bad."
During the first lockdown, Piers had said his parents were isolating at his Sussex home. He denied going to visit them in March, saying "I've abided by the rules".

Spencer, one of three sons from Piers' first marriage, has been one of many to butt heads with his dad over lockdown restrictions, others including Laurence Fox and Lord Alan Sugar.
While Piers has called for the government to maintain certain measures, Spencer has been vocal in pushing ministers to let things get back to normal.
Piers recently owned up to the fact that he'd been a "Covidiot" and briefly forgotten to put his mask on as he stepped into a taxi.
